Specifically, there will be four more Prestige levels to work through, with gamers able to reach Prestige 15 if they hit level 200. While the designs keep the skull theme seen in the Prestiges thus far, they have some unique styles that set them apart. The Prestige 12 emblem sees a Viking helmet worn with axes in the background, while Prestige 13 sees a Russian ushanka hat worn. Prestige 14 adds a Jason Voorhees-like Hockey mask, while Prestige 15 rounds out the group with a gas mask-wearing skull.

As always, there will be new Seasonal Challenges to progress through for both Zombies and multiplayer. While Treyarch has not specified, what the challenges will entail, the process for unlocking them is the same. Every 10 Season levels, players will unlock a new Calling Card challenge to complete in both multiplayer and Zombies. At Season level 190, all the challenges will be unlocked, and players that complete the Zombies set or multiplayer set will receive a special mastery Calling Card.

With Zombies getting a new Outbreak region to explore, players can expect several challenges related to the open world mode. For multiplayer, objectives tied to the Sticks and Stones party game are likely, with Ballistic Knife challenges possible as well. It is worth noting that players do not need to complete every challenge before the Season ends, but they do have to unlock them all to get the mastery Calling Cards. If a Seasonal challenge is not unlocked by the time the new Season begins, it remains locked forever.

As for Prestige rewards, gamers will get a new Prestige Key, emblem, sticker, and battle pass tier skip every 50 levels. At level 50, or Prestige 12, players will unlock a unique weapon blueprint — though Treyarch has not yet detailed which gun will get the special treatment. Once players reach level 200 and hit Prestige Master for the Season, they will unlock a new Prestige Key for every 50 levels they add to their total. As always, 1,000 will be the max rank possible for the Season, giving players the chance to unlock lots of Prestige Shop rewards.

With plenty of new content listed in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 roadmap, leveling up should prove to be a lot of fun regardless of which mode players enjoy. For those looking to fill out their ribbon for hitting Prestige Master every Season, Prestiges 12-15 will be the obstacle to overcome over the next two months.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
