Even with such a diverse set of skins available, Yegor is back in the spotlight with a brand new outfit that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare players can get their hands on. Better yet, this outfit doesn’t need to be unlocked at a certain season pass level or purchased from the in-game store.

Instead, the Chilled out Yegor skin can be earned by simply playing the game. Here’s how players can get their hands on this completely free skin before it goes away.

How To Unlock Chilled Out Yegor In order to grab this Epic rarity skin, players are going to have to jump into the cooperative Spec Ops mode. In here, players will need to select the Strongbox - Modified Veteran challenge mission, which tasks them with breaking into the Verdansk Bank and get access to the vault.

Naturally, this mission is intended to be difficult, so it’s unlikely that most players will be able to solo this. The difficulty is automatically set to Veteran and the mission comes with three modifiers that will increase the challenge even further:

Ammo Drain - Ammunition clips are constantly draining. This does not affect launcher or lethal ammo. Squad Link - Players gain increased health while near their teammates. Vision starts to worsen the further away they get from each other. Gas Martyrdom - On death, enemies drop live gas grenades.

Naturally, this mission will go much easier in a full group of four. Once the mission is finished, the Chilled Out skin will unlock and if this is the player’s first Yegor skin, the character will become available as well. Many fans may notice that this skin looks similar to the Commuter skin that was available for purchase back in December 2019. As many fans have pointed out, this outfit’s appearance may be a call back to the controversial mission No Russian inside of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. Unlike that one, this one is completely free and has a few different color patterns to help it stand out.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone are out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
