With this year’s outing, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, developer Treyarch has completely ripped up the CoD rulebook. Furthermore, the game’s story campaign can also be played co-operatively with up to three other players, and so Black Ops 3’s levels have been designed on a larger scale, to accommodate new play styles and tactics that will work with four people....
Despite its issues, though, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 campaign does not deserve a fraction of the hate it has received over the past few years. The game’s story shows Treyarch experimenting in a way that one would not expect from Call of Duty, and that is a huge part of what led to the campaign’s downfall. However, while it is not the action-packed and setpiece-filled military shooter one would expect, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3’s campaign is not bad....

Instead of using the game’s controversial scorestreak system, gamers were able to obtain the nuke via a 30 killstreak. A nice reward for those that find themselves racking up lots of kills without dying, many were happy to see the nuke come to the game....
